A reconveyance is the document that releases a deed of trust and returns title to the borrower once the loan is paid in full.
In Idaho
In Idaho, when the secured debt is satisfied, the trustee, at the beneficiary's written request, reconveys the property to the grantor (Idaho Code § 45-1514).
