Idaho Recording Fee Update
As of July 1, 2010, the State of Idaho implemented new recording fees for County offices.  The Recorder's Office will now charge $10 for the first recorded page of a document, and $3 for each additional page of the same document. This will be important to remember for estimating closing costs.  Please remember this will affect reconveyance fees, too (i.e.-what may have been $43 for a one page reconveyance, would now be $50.)  As always, if you need a fee quote, please call our office, and we will be happy to give you the most accurate quote for your specific transaction.
